Shipping Policy for Skin Threads

Thank you for shopping with Skin Threads. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Local Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

International Shipping

Skin Threads ships to selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Skin Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
